A historic Icehouse and Skiffhouse are to be restored & reconstructed to their original exterior design. By surveying the existing structures and studying historic photos we were able to recreate the original designs from the exterior while modernizing their interior layouts and use. The two structures were infilled to create additional spaces. A new Dining Pavilion was designed to resemble the historic structures.
