We were asked to upgrade the existing facade of the RAKS Dept. Store building in the Village of Clayton. We created a schematic design to help them with a DRI grant application with the Village. The design was inspired by historic warehouses and utilizes the existing structure and brick facade. We think this would be a fantastic improvement to the Clayton community.
